The Safety and Loss Control Department of MTU can provide your organization with practical solutions that have proven effective over the years. We are staffed with safety and compliance professionals who specialize in servicing the commercial motor transport industry. We have worked with hundreds of truck lines ranging in size from a handful of units to some of the largest carriers in the country. We are active in numerous industry groups and maintain a close watch over regulatory and safety activities at the federal and state levels.

We consider the relationship with our insureds as a partnership. Each client is assigned a Senior Safety and Loss Control Specialist. Any assistance we provide is designed specifically to meet the individual client’s needs. We are also available to evaluate existing efforts and assist in the design and implementation of safety, compliance and training programs.

Over the last several years, we have been designing and implementing a series of programs designed to get front-line operations personnel involved in safety and driver retention efforts.
